You are eligible if you are uninsured, and have a yearly household income less than 250% of the federal poverty line.

Yes, GCC screens all patients prior to their first appointment with a physician to determine eligibility for free clinic services. Patients will need to provide certain documents to verify identity, residency, income, and insurance status. To ensure that our physicians can see you on time, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork and provide the necessary documents.

  • Proof of identification (driver’s license, passport)
  • Proof of residence
  • Insurance information (if available)
  • Income information (pay stubs or direct deposit information)*

Due to our narrow window of operation, we highly encourage patients to make an appointment to ensure they will be seen by a provider. However, the clinic will do its best to accommodate walk-in patients.

The clinic does not provide these services directly but offers referrals to trusted specialty providers to ensure you receive the care you need.

Yes, GCC provides free laboratory and diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Yes, we provide prescription refills for patients who are already registered and have been consulted by a GCC physician or provider for the prescribed medicine. Please note that some medications may require advanced notice.
